This policy applies to the “Lukomorye: Fairy Tales” app and website. The app helps parents create children’s stories with a gentle therapeutic effect, based on the principles of fairy-tale therapy.
2. What Data Is Used
The app does not collect users’ personal data, device data, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or tracking data. To provide its story features, the app uses only data that you enter or create in the app yourself:
- story parameters: the character’s name or nickname, age group, topic or situation, additional characters, story type, and language;
- created content: story text, illustrations, audio, continuations, favorites, and library data;
- messages sent to support, if you choose to contact us: the message text, attachments, and the contact information you provide.
3. How We Use Data
Story parameters are used to create and save stories, generate illustrations and audio, and provide the library and continuation features. Support requests are used only to answer your question.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not share personal data or device data with third-party services. Only story parameters and generated story text may be used to create a story, illustration, or audio. If you contact support via Telegram, Telegram processes your messages according to that service’s rules.
5. Storage and Security
Stories and related files may be stored on the app’s servers and locally on the device so that the library remains available after the files are downloaded. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no method of transmitting or storing data can be completely secure.
6. Children and Children’s Data
The app is intended for family use with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We recommend that adults do not enter a child’s real personal or sensitive information: a character name, nickname, or fictional character is sufficient for a story. The app is not a medical service, diagnostic tool, or emergency service.
7. Data Deletion
Removing the app from a device deletes the data stored locally on that device. When you delete your account from the app profile, the entire account and all data associated with it are permanently deleted both from the app and from the servers. If you need help deleting your account, stories, or support requests, contact support.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the app’s features, service providers, or platform requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
